02 Linz

Linz, now Austria's third largest city, was founded by the Romans and was a provincial and local government city of the Holy Roman Empire, and an important trading point on the Danube. Habsburg Emperor Friedrich III spent his last years in Linz, so iit was, for a short period of time, the most important city in the empire.

We had a wine tasting in Linz, but it was too dark for good photos.
